Can I get my health records in Kazakhstan?
Access to the full record scores 60 of 100 in Kazakhstan, against a median of 43 across 196 countries. Article 61 of the Health Code gives a right to see one's data in the National Electronic Health Passport, and eGov's eDensaulyq shows prescriptions, hospital stays and referrals. The Ministry said in December 2025 the passport still holds limited data; usage was not verified.
Can I control who sees my health record in Kazakhstan?
