Can I get my health records in Mozambique?

Access to the full record scores 35 of 100 in Mozambique, against a median of 43 across 196 countries. Article 63 of the 2017 Electronic Transactions Law lets a person learn what electronic data a controller holds, against a fee and within a 'reasonable period'. The 2007 Patient Charter says patients may know what is in their clinical file, but there is no national portal.
